A speaker and panelist at various events such as AgileNCR, NASSCOM, DrupalCamp Singapore, IIT-Delhi, he has a keen interest in building and pushing entrepreneurs.

The strategy powerhouse and a technology enthusiast, Ashish has been providing thought leadership for profitability to several Fortune 500 companies and large enterprises through innovative adoptions and personalized solutions in the tech space from over 20 years. An alma mater of Virginia Commonwealth University, he has been passionate about applying new learnings to tackle unique challenges across industries. Over his career, he has worked with leading software solution providers, such as Infosys, KPIT, and Dominion Virginia Power.

A dynamic leader, public speaker with a proven track record in Management and Sales, Vijay comes with 25+ years’ of customer-focused experience in digital monetization. He spearheads the development & execution of strategies to increase shareholder value by providing tactical leadership to Srijan’s clients in APAC and Middle East markets. Before Srijan, he had founded 3 innovative entrepreneurial ventures where he was responsible for both the revenue and expense side of the organization. He is an alma mater of Zicklin School of Business, New York, and IIT Madras, India.

The jack of all trades and master of the big picture, Praveen is the Chief of Operations at Srijan. His cross-functional experience in strategy, marketing, operation & P&L management helps him deliver value at Srijan. Praveen loves to bring method to the madness, build structures and processes to instill quality in day-to-day operations. His knack for attention-to-details and yet keeping things simple equip Srijan to deliver revolutionary business solutions to its clients. Outside of work, you can find him on a badminton court, football field, or cycling around Delhi on weekends. He is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and NSIT

Avienaash is an Agile Coach, consultant, and trainer with over 20 years of experience in technology, software, and product development. With an extensive experience in bootstrapping business units and teams from scratch and taking product to market on-time and on-quality, he specializes in consumer internet, Go-To-Market strategy, user acquisition, and revenue generation.

He is a frequent public speaker around meetups and conferences in India, Australia, Europe and the US, focussing on about leadership, technology, and productivity.

Gaurav has worn many hats at Srijan, leading several strategic initiatives over the past decade. He has an established career track in forging successful enterprise partnerships, delivering and sustaining revenue and profit gains in highly competitive U.S. and Asia markets. As Srijan's Director of Digital Experience, Gaurav is focussed on aggressively identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities in the new digital value chain. 

He also regularly speaks at industry events across the globe, a few notable ones being Tech Triveni, New Delhi 2018 and DrupalCon New Orleans, 2016.

With over 10 years of experience, Ishan is the Drupal Practice Head at Srijan. He is tasked with consistently upgrading the cumulative Drupal expertise at Srijan to deliver the best of it to its clients.

Specialized in understanding the nuanced requirements of enterprises across different industries, he brilliantly pulls off multi-brand, multi-stakeholder projects to create future-ready solutions for enterprises to help them achieve business results. 

A Certified Scrum Master (CSM), he has been practicing SCRUM software development and delivery methodologies over the last 6 years.

An enthusiastic Drupal developer of 10 years, Ritesh spent 15 years as Srijan's Solution architect before transitioning to his current role in 2016. As Director of Technology, Ritesh helps to foster best practices and shape the processes for Srijan's development team. With a vast experience in different technologies, Ritesh is an experienced and rare developer with a history of implementing various offbeat solutions in php.

In his role as an Enterprise Agile Coach, Sumeet contributes to his 15 years of experience by leading diverse IT technology projects to his portfolio. A veteran of Agile strategy, Sumeet draws on his extensive agile project management, strategic planning and operations experience to lead professional services and client engagement at Srijan Technologies. A lean practitioner, he believes in effectively maintaining progressive work environment with efficacious collaboration, close coordination and coaching to achieve positive individual behaviors, team dynamics and cultivating excellence.

Heading Srijan's Data Science Practice, Sriram has over 22 years of international experience in designing and delivering Innovative and transformative solutions. Over the course of his career, he has successfully implemented solutions for customers in industries as diverse as Hi-Tech, CPG & retail, manufacturing, BFSI, hospitality and more. Sriram' s technical, solutions & leadership expertise in analytics, data Science, BI and big data, and his hands-on experience with associated technologies allow him to design nuanced solutions for several emerging enterprise data challenges. 

Ashish Thakur, an Engineering Manager at Srijan, has over 10 plus years of experience in leading expert teams to deliver exceptional results for clients with the right mix of business acumen and technology expertise. He is also a dedicated open-source contributor, working closely with the Drupal community - committing code, leading code sprints and speaking at Drupal events across the world. An alumnus of IIT Guwahati, he is also an accomplished marathon runner, training for and participating in multiple track events each year.

Namit brings more than 20 years of rich experience from diverse industries such as telematics, retail, travel, supply chain, & digital marketing. With his strong acumen in product delivery, he has set up offshore development centers and key delivery capabilities while working with leading software vendors such as Wipro Technologies, HCL Technologies, Adobe, GreyOrange, and Innovaccer.As a Delivery Director at Srijan, Namit is responsible for Digital Experience project delivery for marquee customers, project management office, and key strategic initiatives. He frequently writes for the Project Management Institute and has been a speaker at PMI events. He is an alumnus of IIT, BHU
