We all needed a bit of a break, and what better place to chill over the weekend than a River Rafting excursion on the River Ganges, considered one of India's holiest rivers. On this 2 day retreat, we stretched our mind limits, and broke some fear-barriers, by 'slithering' down a 100 foot bridge, right into the mighty Ganga, and jumaring on straight rock of nearly 60 feet.

Kayaking was another new experience this time, while Rafting on the nearly 20 rapids (and jumping into some as well) was as thrilling as ever. Not all of us, could make it to the trip, unfortunately. Nevertheless, it was a fabulous experience just chiling out on a beach next to the Ganga with no Mobile connectivity, no electricity, and here's the best one - small temporary tents for Toilets! Well there were the trees as well :-). See our photographs from the trip.
